Day 1 : The village, architecture and monuments
Visit the fist Duchy of France : Visit Uzes castle, medieval garden and cobblestone alleys. Go inside Saint Théodorit cathedral and admire les organ from 17th century then let’s have a look of the city from Fenestrelle tower.
Day 2 : Provençal gastronomy
Take a Provençal cuisine lesson during which you pace the market in the so called “la place aux Herbes” to choose with the chef your fresh ingredients, then learn how to cook and end up by enjoying your plate.
A visit to truffle patch (explanation, demonstration and tasting) or oil mill will complete your wonderfull culinary experience. And, as French do, drink a refreshment or a glass of wine in a café while listening cicadas in trees.
Day 3 : Mother Nature and horses
Visit the national stud farm of Uzès where horses are trained and take advantage of being in Provence to enjoy horse-drawn carriage walk in the countryside followed by a gastronomic picnic cooked by a head chef.
Day 4 : Departure
